Firstly I am not a woodworker as such, secondly I can't really claim to have run a successful business. I was doing pretty well in my industry but then got CFS which stopped me working at all for a while, I can now only work part time & have to watch what I do. Thought it best to put that at the top...

Thanks for taking the time to reply, these will be exterior, they will actually be rubbing posts for a nature trail so exterior, the brass square will have a woodland animal shape machined so people can brass rub them. I am new to this forum & not a woodworker as such, I worked as a signmaker for nearly 20 years so cutting 8 x 4 sheets was something I did on a regular basis & it is something I wouldn't consider on a table saw unless it was something that was made for that purpose.
