what size boxes ? .. you have to have room for the wood you are cutting as well as the machine. So think about the placement on the shed too. you could make a bigger mitre box quite easily.

1st things we learned in school wood class was mitre box, bench hooks etc .. have a google .. quite straight forward :-)

Pressure treated softwood, will be cheaper than hardwood. at least for the posts ?
I'd go for laminated glass over tempered. It's cheaper, and doesn't make a mess if it get broken.
Most notice boards I've seen are very simple things.

you could rebate / groove to have them hidden in the legs .. just a suggestion to use a stay that might not be intended for this use :-)

couldn't you use any hinge, along with some stays .. either top cupboard type .. pasting table type etc etc .. there is a lot of fold up camping type furniture to look at too

ah, ok .. same as mine then.

the P is for particulates. 1,2,3 .. with 3 being the best / removing the most

I'll have to look at removing dust more at source. And also use my air cleaner again.

yes , a little bit reasuring .. they do a P3 prefilter , but can't find it in this country.

about £5 a pair from the nether regions .. plus post.

So might get the one Steve said about, for when using MDF only

Cheers Steve . Mine are comfy . When the CNC is going I wear it all day practically . It was more that I've been buying/using the same system for about 10 yrs , that I thought I'd check and see what everyone else is using these days Price wise, the replacement cartridges for mine are about £18 ish, ...

depends on the kit you have , and you ability ?

Screwed from the outside and glued would last a while.
I'd put some slight flats on the arch where it meets the bracket, whichever way you chose to join.

MarkNumbers, Sainty, come to mind. York33 built his, as did I, so I can't comment on the proper ones sorry.

Treat them like an employee .. then after a year or two of "paying them" , they work for nothing ! :-)

a blade will rip or cut exactly the same for a pro or a hobbyist !

along with the same quality of cut ..
and safety issues !

it only take a minute to change a blade . But if you can't be bothered, then at least get a combi cut blade.

I presume you are oiling both sides equally ?
1st oiling should be flooded on and left for a while before wiping off the excess
