Re: Band saw help please
what size boxes ? .. you have to have room for the wood you are cutting as well as the machine. So think about the placement on the shed too. You can have a long piece of wood sticking out the door/window if needed when cutting etc. edit , just googled, I know the type of box you mean now ! you will...

Pressure treated softwood, will be cheaper than hardwood. at least for the posts ?
I'd go for laminated glass over tempered. It's cheaper, and doesn't make a mess if it get broken.
Most notice boards I've seen are very simple things.

the P is for particulates. 1,2,3 .. with 3 being the best / removing the most
I'll have to look at removing dust more at source. And also use my air cleaner again.

depends on the kit you have , and you ability ?
Screwed from the outside and glued would last a while.
I'd put some slight flats on the arch where it meets the bracket, whichever way you chose to join.

there are a few members on here that have them.

Treat them like an employee .. then after a year or two of "paying them" , they work for nothing !

a blade will rip or cut exactly the same for a pro or a hobbyist !
along with the same quality of cut ..
and safety issues !
it only take a minute to change a blade . But if you can't be bothered, then at least get a combi cut blade.
