I think Tilgear import Viper cutters, certainly they used to. I saw some in their shop once, and they didn't look particularly well made, but I haven't used them so may be wrong. However Wealden are very good, reasonably priced, and their service is first class.

I've got nothing against buying foreign brands when there is little choice but the UK boasts Titman, Trend and Wealden manufacturers of router cutters and I'd be inclined to recommend them first. Wealden sell everything online and are extremely reasonably priced. ...
