Hi zeljko, looking for £4,000 with all the 'bits' I mentioned.... and there are a LOT. You'd be very welcome to have a look. I do also have the Spindle guard with ring fence which is brand new and included. Extractor in the pics is included.

Hi Dave,
Gosh what a fabulous looking machine, and probably the best brand name there is in combination machines. How I would love to see this impressive beastie in my workshop, but therein lies the problem. Do you happen to know what is the minimum width the machine could pass through? The manual may give a figure. I know that the current Felder/Hammer combis are advertised as being able to fit through an 800mm wide doorway; maybe your beefy looking BF631 can be slimmed down for transport/installation?
As you have no doubt guessed, access to my workshop is not the easiest. There is a doorway, a step up followed by a step down, all of which is extremely tedious. But if there was a way to get your machine in I would be very interested.
With best wishes,
Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for the interest. You're right, Felders really are wonderful machines. I've had this one for 12/13 years and its never failed me. It's sold to Ace now so he can enjoy the accuracy and dependability that Felder are known for. To answer your questions though......The machine is in one piece and cannot be split apart. It weighs close to 700kg and so needs to be moved around on a pallet truck......steps would be very difficult. I think for your access issues you'd either need a machine that splits in to two at the very least or consider separates. Good luck with your search.

The Bf6-31 was always advertised as being able to fit through a 'standard' doorway (about 32"). What they didn't make so clear was that this was on its side. This is how we got mine up a step and through my front door! Not for the faint hearted but it can be done.
