Workshop to rent Dunstable Hemel Hempstead

Post by TallTrees » Tue Jan 14, 2020 5:56 pm

Hi Folks
I have a cabinet maker/restorer/French polisher tenant who is retiring and before offering it as a general business unit I thought it would be a good idea to offer as a fully equiped unit as he will be disposing of most of his tools and equipment. Unit is on our farm located in Studham near Dunstable, a lovely location with great access to J9 M1 6/7 mins. It is 43' long 27' wide. Has been a one man set up but big enough for several people to work in Flexible terms, available end May. Rent £575 month
Also have couple of smaller workshops available, one set up for wood working but no equipment.
PM for more info
Thanks TT

TT for some reason my private messages are staying in my outbox so I don’t think they’re getting through? I’m interested in taking a look at the workshop so could you drop me an email at louis.taylor@gmail.com please?

Cheers

As a new member I don't think that they will be able to send or receive PM's until they have made a couple more posts.
