Homework For A Dremel User

Post by cbjroms » Thu Jun 22, 2017 1:56 pm

My business has a simple but repetitive task that would ideally suit someone with a Dremel (or similar) with some time on their hands and a great deal of patience.

We have 1500 (approx 5mm) plastic cubes which we need to push a dress-making pin through. My thinking is that the best way to do this is to drill a hole that is an interefence fit with the pin and then tap/push the pin through.

These cubes are very easy to transport in the post and so could be sent to wherever you are. No desperate rush for the work to be done and fair rate of pay to be agreed.

Please send me a PM if you are interested.
