Supplier suggestions

Postby Neil_C » Mon Jun 13, 2016 8:23 pm

Hi all, I've just been quoted 15.95 ex-vat per sheet for ten sheets of general purpose h/w ply 2440 x 1220 x 3.6 from Travis Perkins. Is this about right or is there anywhere else that I should try. It needs to be delivered to Nottingham.
Cheers,

Neil

Try Myers:http://www.meyertimber.com

They have warehouses up and down the country (sometimes under a different name) and next day delivery. For prices you will have to ask as it depends on the order size. Delivery charge is often free so ask.

Travis Perkins are usually astronomically expensive.

I'd be interested to know how you get on :-)

My biggest problem is no access for delivery.
Our drive is off of a bridge.
Double white lines, so no parking, and anything bigger than a transit wont get down the drive :-(
