Profile cutter blocks.

Postby bean » Thu Jan 14, 2010 3:38 pm

Hi,

has anyone on here used any of the Trend profile cutter blocks ? I am looking to buy a block to do cabinet doors on the spindle, and was wondering if they are any good?

I realise that the Omas set is probably the way to go,but at the mo the funds dont stretch that far

Any info would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Bean.

What profile do you want?
Whats the material?
How thick?
max dimensions your machine can take?
All possible for about £120 quid.
I may have the solution to your cutting problems.

If the TCT are as good as on the router cutters you won't go far wrong.

I just had an email from Wealden - they've got a new catalogue of spindle tooling with a load of cutter blocks that I don't remember them stocking before. Might be worth a look, as I've always found them very helpful. http://www.wealdentool.com/
