Priming machine

Postby jfc » Sat Jul 10, 2010 12:31 pm

I saw a priming machine in use at the timber yard so i asked about it and was told that the guy made it himself . His was big enough for skirting boards but one small enough just to do glazing beads would be handy . I didnt get a good look at the contraption but i did see paint being drizzled onto the skirting boards and then at the other end there was a brush to lay the paint off . Not quite sure what happened between those two points . Maybe a roller of foam brush to spread the paint ?
Anyone who hates priming glazing beads have anything to add to the design ? I'm gonna make one i am :D

Was it an autofeeding machine or did you pass the machine over the stock?

That's just what we need. Can't you let this this chap let take photos details etc? It would be realy useful. Spraying skirtings and glazing beads etc. is a right b****r.
