Made this the week before last an got it hung last week. 1100 wide an 2200 heigh in tulip so it weighed a bit.

Made these 2 at the same time as the other door. Its to match an existing door in the utility room. Just primed ready for decoration. This was for my landlord who has my workshop an he's a fussy bugger aswell.The apprentice had a bit of a moment when cutting the horns ( we've all done it). Its now up on the wall in the workshop as a little reminder to him!

I made 7 doors and stuffed them up at the last min routering a stop chamfer and running over the mid rail....I punched the wall broke my hand and never made the same mistake again. True story. !

Nice to see a door where all the VT&G all look the same. I have to admit I don't always match them because of time and cost constraints but it's a real pro job when done this way. Nice job.
