Flour (Plain), how ever much you want to use, then half that amount in milk powder, and if your very hard, use bitter instead of water. Whack it in the oven on a med heat. You end up with a very filling bread. Drink with Newcastle brown ale in your shed when the other half has that cr*p xfactor.

Man Bread? Hehe...I like to cook Irish Soda Bread. It is quite a heavy bread though and you wont need much before you are full up with it.
