Router bit help

I have a hardwood internal house door which has a rebate around each panel. I thought a cove bit would route the rebate to remove the old varnish but the rebate does not have a true radius as per the attached sketch, can anybody please advise on the router bit type to use?

Welcome. If you just want to remove the varnish from the moulding then make a curved scraper to the correct profile - an old saw blade is ideal material to use.
