A bit heavy on the Devil

Postby modernist » Sun Apr 05, 2009 8:01 pm

Just made some strips of chicken interesting by rolling in them in flour and curry powder with a spot of chilli powder for good measure.

When lightly fried the resulting fumes gave Ro and asthma attack but the end result was well worth it even if we had to have a yoghourt afterwards to dowse the flames.
Cheers

Brian

:D Sounds good.
Remember having to evacuate a shared flat when I was a student because I'd forgotten I was roasting dried chillies and mustard seeds.
