We have a family wedding in May this year. I have been asked to make 100 coasters which the bride will use a pyrograph tool to burn in some sort of a message, the guests will then take the coasters with them as what they call today a 'Wedding Favour'!!!
The problem that I have is how can I stop the wooden coaster from warping?

I can supply you with any number you need. This is one area I specialise in, supplying about 5000 or so a year to various individuals and charities. I have perfected a way of drying them without warping or splitting. I can also laser engrave them for you as well if you like.
