Mitre Shooter

If anybody has anymore info on this mitre shooter i'd be grateful.

Its a Hutchen's Patent Mitre Shooter made by N.Holman & Sons, St Just, Penzance. Its been wrapped up under my workbench for a long time now, its works fine, it seems to have been painted along the line somewhere, so I dont know if the colour is correct. Many thanks.
