Oak and accoya finish?

Hello all. Im just pricing for 2 parish notice boards. They have asked for them to be made in something that "will last" so im giving them a price in oak and accoya. 1 board is on a sheltered wall but the other is out in the open on a green. So im wondering what will be the best finish for each on. I was thinking of osmo or sikens. Any thoughts?
