Dresser

This went onto what was her old external wall in a new extension so their was an existing window to frame around in the middle of the dresser unit and 1 to the left. Not the best pictures. I should of put a camera on my crimbo list.
22mm mrmdf, 9mm panels with 12mm read an bead backboard.
Theirs 2 euro oak frames aswell, 1 in the unit and 1 to the left. Theirs still stained glass to go in these when its ready.
Sprayed in F&B white tie 20% sheen. Oak is just clear waxed.

It's amazing how effective a simple design can look when finished. the wood on the top of the unit and bead mould on the side and back panels look really good. Can I ask what type size of joint you used on the door frames?

framework is all dominoes and screws, doors have 9 mm panels so 9mm m & t but with an 8x50 domino aswell on the 2 larger ones.

Thank you for sharing your construction design. Dominoes seem to be very much in fashion today, any reason for choosing them over biscuit joints ? or is it just either either?

when my buiscuiter packed in a treat myself to a domino'er. Never looked back,They have a greater glue area aswell.
